1.Assistant- HR
Job Responsibility
·Responsible in handling end to end recruitment & selection process.
·Handle staff onboarding and exiting processes
·Handle and maintain HR database and HRIS
·Handle the processing of payroll, other benefits, and staff claims
Requirement
·Good interpersonal & communication skills with a pro-active attitude.
·A self-starter and fast learner who is able to multi-task
·Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
·Age – Below 25 years as on 01/3/2019
·Qualification – MBA (HR & Finance)
·Experience within one year in the relevant field and will be an added advantage.
Remuneration
Consolidated salary – Rs. 18,000/- per month
Duration – 1-year contract
2.Junior Engineer (Civil)
Job Responsibilities:-
·Perform engineering duties in planning, designing and overseeing building construction, interior works, water &sewage systems.
·maintenance of building structures, and other facilities.
·Estimate quantities, cost of materials & labor to determine project feasibility.
·Verify site measurements & preparation of Bills.
·Preparation of approval Documents, project reports & Maintaining proper filing system
Requirements:-
·Qualification - B.E / B. Tech / B.Sc ENGINEERING in Civil Engineering discipline
·Experience – Three years of work experience in Civil engineering field.
·Age – Below 30 years as on 31/3/2019
·Duration – 1-year contract
Remuneration:-
·Consolidated salary – Rs. 25000.00 per month

This role is primarily involving identification of Research Products that have a larger commercial impact and support The position reports to Project Director (Funding and Global Linkages).

c) Facilitating interaction between Researchers and Startups
d) Designing and Running Research Incubation Programmes

2. Community Management
a) Engaging with potential Startup founders from Research fraternity
b) Promote Academic Entrepreneurship
c) Engaging with potential Investors, mentors, experts, etc for various training/projects, etc
Requirements:-
· Qualification: -PG Degree /PG Professional degree/Doctoral in (Life Sciences/ Chemical Sciences / Pharmaceutical Sciences/ Computer Science/ Information Technology / Engineering) from a recognized University
· Experience: Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar branch.
· Ability to drive the project independently
· Excellent managerial, collaboration and networking skills with a positive approach to work

· Aptitude in writing Proposal and Reports
· Willingness to travel

4.Project Coordinator (IEDC)
Job Responsibilities: -
1. Coordinating and Managing all the activities of more than 220 KSUM IEDCs in various districts across Kerala.
2. Planning and organizing Innovation grant events for students and to coordinate their project development.
3.Organizing and conducting Zonal & community meetups for IEDC Student coordinators and Officers in charge of IEDCs
4.Responsible for conducting a yearly review of IEDC activities and its performance or Accreditation process.
5.Planning and coordinating the IEDC Summit and its precursor Events.
6.Responsible for working with various knowledge partners, communities and interactions with corporates.
