Educational Qualification:
GROUP – B (I)- Assistant Director Gr.I (Village Industries): BE/B. Tech (OR) Master of Science (OR) MBA with Bachelor Science from a recognized university 05 Years in relevant field
- Assistant Director Gr.I (Adm. & HR) :Master Degree in any subject from a recognized board 05 Years in relevant field
- Assistant Director Gr.I (FBAA): CA (OR) MBA in Finance or Master of Commerce from a recognized board 05 Years in relevant field
- Senior Executives (Ec. R); Master Degree in Economics/Statistics/Commerce (With Statistics and Economics as a subject) from a recognized university or institution
- Executive (Village Industries); BE/B. Tech/M. Sc/MBA with a Bachelor of Science from a recognized board
- Executive (Khadi); BE/B. Tech in Textile Engineering or Textile Technology or Fashion Technology from a recognized University.
- Executive (Training); BE/B. Tech/M. Sc/MBA with a Bachelor of Science from a recognized board
- Desirable: Certificate Course of at least three months’ duration from a Departmental Training Centre of Khadi and Village Industries Commission.
- Junior Executive (FBAA); Bachelor of Commerce from a recognized university
- Desirable:
- CA/Cost and Management Accountant/Cost and Management Accountant/MBA in Finance/Master of Commerce from a recognized board

Pay Scale:
- Group- B (I) – Rs.9,300/- to Rs.34,800/- + Grade Pay of Rs.5,400/-
- For Group – B (II) – Rs.9,300/- to Rs.34,800/- + Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/-
- Group – C (I) – Rs.5,200/- to Rs.20,200/- + Grade Pay of Rs.2,800/-
