- Etihad Airways Airport Services Catering is pleased to announce opportunities within the catering departments as Driver.
- As Heavy Driver you will add value by operating on heavy equipment and other utility vehicles to support operations in accordance with all safety, security and traffic regulations.
- Accountabilities
- Executes all trips according to schedules, plans and assigned routes in order to meet on-time performance.
- Carries out daily inspection of the vehicle to maintain trouble-free operation.
- Report any faults or malfunctions of vehicles to the supervisor to ensure immediate repairs are undertaken.
- Performs minor maintenance and cleaning of vehicles on a regular basis.
- Ensure safe transportation, collection, and delivery of various items, i.e. documents, spare parts, tools, cash, and other valuables, etc.
- Maintains up to date all the required personal documentation to carry out the job, i.e. license, passes, etc.
- Completes necessary reports and records.
- Strictly follows set standards and procedures and reports on any potential problems and issues.
- Ensures compliance with all customer service, safety, and quality standards.
- Performs other Adhoc support activities as required.
Education & Experience
- Minimum High School certification or anything above.
- Minimum of 3 years of Heavy vehicle driving experience.
