Qualification :

• Fleet Manager (Operations)
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
• MEO Class 1 or Master Certificate (FG)
• Experience 12 Years Experience. (after acquiring a Degree/Diploma) Preferably on board ship experience as Master/Chief Engineer. 
• Fleet Manager (Maintenance)
• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Naval Architecture
• MEO Class 1 or Master Certificate (FG)
• Experience Minimum 12 years (after acquiring Degree/Diploma) of shipyard experience or Operation & Maintenance experience on Board Ships

• Manager (Finance)
• CA/ ICWA
• Experience Minimum 5 Years experience in Finance/Accounts. Cost & Budgetary Control, Working Capital Management, etc. in Public Sector Undertakings or in large and reputed private companies. The training experience will not be counted.

• Boat Operations (Trainee)
• ITI, Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering

Age Limit ( As on 01 January 2023 ) :

• Fleet Manager (Operations): 56 Years
• Fleet Manager (Maintenance): 56 Years
• Manager (Finance): 50 Years
• Boat Operations – Trainee: 28 Years

Note: The age limit may be relaxed for experienced, outstanding, and exceptionally deserving candidates and will be at the sole discretion of the Management.
